Mark Cook
Mark has been involved with Martial Arts since the age of 9 and has studied Shaolin Iron Tiger Kung Fu and Kickboxing for over 22 years. He owned and instructed a Kung Fu and Kickboxing School (Mighty Tigers Kung Fu Academy) in his home town of Columbus Ohio for 6 years with the credentials of a 4th level black sash in Shaolin Iron Tiger Kung Fu.
Mark studied under Grand Master Richard Greenlee a 10th level black sash as well as 2nd Grand Master Matt Mollica a 9th level black sash and Aaron Ashton a 5th level black sash. Mark continued to develop his kickboxing and boxing skills and technique under the coaching and observation of Greg Goings, a retired National Championship Kickboxer and Boxing coach. Mark retired from a professional kickboxing career in 1996 with a career record of 48-2-1 and many world rankings.
Mark has trained 5 State Kickboxing Champions, 3 Southeast Regional Kickboxing Champions, 2 National Kickboxing Champions, and 3 time World Kickboxing Champion Will "The Caveman" Carpenter.
Paul Willis
Paul, a Cobb County Fireman for over 12 years, is a Powder Springs native. Martial Arts has always been a part of his life. Although he studies Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Kickboxing, he has specialized in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and currently holds a brown belt under Steve Headden.
Paul prefers to teach a style of Jiu Jitsu that is concept based and uses basic moves to teach the student how to use the art in any situation and eventually work in advanced moves when the situation calls for them.
Paul has used Jiu Jitsu to achieve a perfect record in MMA and has many victories in submission tournaments. In addition to competing, he has also refereed at events such as the Budweiser Cup, Gladiator, Super Slam, Casca Grossa, Lutador, and NAGA.
