Mark Cook
Mark Cook has been involved with Martial Arts since the age of 9 and has studied Shaolin Iron Tiger Kung Fu and Kickboxing for over 23 years. He owned and instructed a Kung Fu and Kickboxing School (Mighty Tigers Kung Fu Academy) in his home town of Columbus Ohio for 6 years with the credentials of a 4th level black sash in Shaolin Iron Tiger Kung Fu.
Mark studied under Grand Master Richard Greenlee a 10th level black sash as well as 2nd Grand Master Matt Mollica a 9th level black sash and Aaron Ashton a 5th level black sash. Mark continued to develop his kickboxing and boxing skills and technique under the coaching and observation of Greg Goings, a retired National Championship Kickboxer and Boxing coach. Mark retired from a professional kickboxing career in 1996 with a career record of 48-2-1 and many world rankings.
Mark has trained 5 State Kickboxing Champions, 3 Southeast Regional Kickboxing Champions, 2 National Kickboxing Champions, and 3 time World Kickboxing Champion Will "The Caveman" Carpenter.

Jimmy Long
Jimmy Long has 31 years of experience in martial arts and holds a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Jimmy trained and belted under Rigan Machado, an 8th degree Black Belt.
He was the Head Instructor for Team Alpha Jiu Jitsu for 3 years. Under his instruction, the school achieved much success. In 2008, the school was nationally ranked 18th, won the Bud Cup Team Trophy and the Lutador Open Team Trophy. The school's students achieved individual successes at the PanAms, NAGA, Casca Grossa and other tournaments. Their MMA program had an 85% win ratio under Jimmy's instruction.
Jimmy is also a trainer and co-owner of Sponsored Fan Sports & Event Marketing.
