| Cardio Kickboxing is a fun, high energy workout that is beginner friendly but constantly varied to keep you motivated and challenged. While you learn different punch and kick combinations from our experienced kickboxing instructors you will burn 700-900 calories, tone your shoulders and abs, improve your cardio and relieve stress. Ultimately you will burn fat, lose weight and tone your muscles, achieving the results you want much quicker than traditional workouts. |

This class is designed to work the whole body and mind starting with a conditioning phase and
finishing with a yoga phase.
Conditioning Phase incorporates exercises from calisthenics, plyometrics, boxing, kickboxing, and pilates and targets the upper body, core and lower body to tone muscles and burn fat. Yoga Phase stretches these muscles and relaxes the mind. |
